United Companies MCC
CESI designed and build a new motor control center and control room in-house for the United Companies companies Woody Creek Site in Aspen, CO.
This 40ft overseas container includes a beautiful natural wood finish control room with bay windows, electrical room both insulated with heat and small uninsulated storage room for tools with access from the back. Custom fabrication that is easy to ship and place.
Holcim - Morrison Quarry Complete Rebuild
Starting spring 2023, CESI rewired machinary, rebuilt panels and completely rebuilt the electrical in this quarry from rats nests of wires to a fully operational plant. We created a maintenance plan for continual upkeep. We got this plant back in operation increasing the production capability up 80%!
The mess of the Morrison Quarry is a prime example of why preventative maintenace and electrical cabinet cleaning is necessary to keep your operations reliable.

We are knowledgeable in diagnosing and correcting complex control system issues and implementing on-demand electro-mechanical needs. Anything from getting you up and running for a day of production to custom automation systems, PLC programming and relay based logic.
Our team takes services calls. CESI offers full field support for emergency "plant down" scenarios.

Energy Use Intenisty
CESI is providing power analysis data in light of new building energy performance standards. This helps facilities understand how power is being used and the data gathered by a power analysis is useful to you for benchmark reporting and identifying inefficient equipment and/or site practices. You will have record of your building, kWHr, PF, Total Harmonic Distortion and identified peak demands. Those demands determine your power bill. Reduce your energy use intensity by smoothing peaks and increasing power factor (PF). Get more out of your existing service by ridding wasteful energy consumption. Applications are all site specific. It all starts with a Power Analysis.

Power Wise Plan of Action – how you use power exposes your buildings energy performance. We will provide to you a scope of work of ways to reduce the energy use intensity (EUI) of a piece of equipment or, in an area, if there is a need. This may include one or more of the following:
